How come Diamonds is not in the top 15 is beyond me... It's easily one of his catchiest songs. I guess it's because radiostations ignored it. Check it out if you haven't heard it yet - it's a hit!

Superstar barely covers it, astounding vocalist, whose slide guitar has to be seen(heard) live to be truly appreciated. Saw him in the flesh many times through the 80's and 90's and was fortunate enough to talk to him on 3 occasions, such a humble guy and if Springsteen is the " Boss " this man without a doubt is the Managing Director!, out of this world

I first noticed him in my local music shop. The shop owner must have had a profound appreciation for him, because there was almost his whole discography. Kind of strange that I've never heard of the guy, I thought to myself. So I asked him to play a song from him, and he chose something from The Road to Hell. It didn't strike me as much back then, because I didn't even know the words, but after a while I discovered that my uncle has a decent collection of him as well, and that's when I got hooked.

The new album is just.. I have to say I didn't expect this. I'm totally blown away. It's blues, and it's rock, and it's so much more. It ranks right up there with Road to Hell, Auberge, The Blue Jukebox. A true and complete masterpiece. Thank you, Chris!

I would say "Road to hell" is is best KNOWN album. But i guess its all a matter of personal taste. I also adore his newer, more bluesier stuff. And of his earlier albums i maybe think that strangers, banana skin and Auberge has the edge over hell. Water sign is also awesome. But i adore almost everything this man does, so im not the best judge...
